Advanced Wireless was chosen to provide infrastructure development benefitting over 250,000 water and electric customers serviced in Fayetteville, NC. The project consisted of design and construction of antenna collector sites at 15 operating electrical substations, and 5 elevated water storage tanks, along with installation of the Sensus’ Flex-Net AMI equipment.

​As General Contractor for the project, AWS coordinated site design, construction scheduling and local building department inspections in expediting completion of this critical ‘smart grid’ infrastructure project.
