Founded in 2001, Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. owners, management and employees have been in the wireless telecommunication construction industry since its early days, contributing to its rapid growth. As the industry continues to grow and evolve, we value the history we have with our partners and clients allowing us to continuously work with industry leaders and friends.

Driven by a seasoned management team with years of telecommunication experience, our company strives to maintain quality, safety and dependability on any project – the first time. Commonly referred to in the industry as “The best kept secret in the south,” Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. currently holds a General Contracting license in ten states including: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. Our work includes site-development, construction, maintenance, and inspection of pre-existing sites.

Management

Carroll “Chip” Montgomery

With over 29 years of construction and telecommunication experience, Carroll “Chip” Montgomery serves as CFO and owner of Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. Chip’s degree in Construction Management and expertise in estimation and bidding allows the Advanced Wireless Solutions team to reach new heights in true turn-key construction and to always make the most beneficial decision to any project awarded.

Chip began his career in 1986 as a project manager in the Tri-Cities. In 1990, he was recruited to be Vice President of ComNet Construction Services – a company specializing in wireless telephone and microwave communication construction in the southeast. Chip then transferred his talents to the renowned SBA Network Services, Inc. in 1998 as Vice President, supervising Construction of wireless facilities across the Western United States and Technical Services.

In 2002, Chip, and three other partners, founded Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. to ensure quality, safety, and dependability for the telecommunication industry.

Brenda Gillette

With over 27 years of accounting experience, Brenda Gillette serves as Accounting Manager of Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. Brenda also assists in day-to-day operations to make sure the company runs as smoothly as possible. Brenda is always a smiling, friendly face and continues to grow Advanced Wireless for the better.
