Richard “Rick” Moore

With a combined 35 yeas of experience in the construction and telecommunication industry, Richard “Rick” Moore serves as President, Operations Manager, and co-owner of Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. Rick’s extensive experience and expertise allows him to continuously oversee company operations allowing Advanced Wireless Solutions to remain one of the leaders in the telecommunication industry.

A native Tennessean and graduate of East Tennessee State University, Rick began his construction career in 1991 as a Certified Purchasing Manager for Raytheon Engineer and Constructors, Inc. This was followed by joining Crowder Construction Company managing multi-million dollar projects as Project Manager. Following Crowder, Rick worked as a General Manager for Cox Development, Inc. managing commercial and industrial real estate development projects, developing the Pro Form concept. The Pro Form concept is Rick’s innovative way to collaborate with companies and local community leaders regarding developments that create a system of trust and respect that are still present today. In 1999 Rick went to work for the renowned SBA Network Services, Inc. managing a workforce of nearly 400 tradesmen in the role of Operations Manager.

In 2002, Rick and three other partners founded Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. to ensure quality, safety, and dependability in true turn-key construction for the telecommunication industry.

 

Carroll “Chip” Montgomery

With over 29 years of combined construction and telecommunication industry experience, Carroll “Chip” Montgomery serves as CFO and co-owner of Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc. Chip’s degree in Construction Management, and expertise in estimation and bidding, allows the Advanced Wireless Solutions team to reach new heights in true turn-key construction and to always make the most beneficial decision to any project awarded.

A native Tennessean, Chip began his career in 1986 as a project manager in the Tri-Cities. In 1990, he was recruited to be Vice President of ComNet Construction Services – a company specializing in wireless telephone and microwave communication construction all over the United States. Chip then transferred his talents to the renowned SBA Network Services, Inc. in 1998 as Vice President, supervising Technical Services Division and Financial Department for the operational regions and managing the construction of wireless facilities across the United States.

In 2002, Chip and three other partners founded Advanced Wireless Solutions, Inc to ensure quality, safety, and dependability in true turn-key construction for the telecommunication industry.
